At Bilkulsasta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are included
  • >The product has not been used, assembled, or damaged
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care items (once opened or used)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to support@Bilkulsasta.pk or call +92 123 4567890 to request a return authorization. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions via email. Do not return items without prior authorization.

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Attach the return shipping label and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Inspection

Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose from the following refund options:

  • Original Payment Method: Refund to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit for future purchases
  • Exchange: Exchange for a different product (subject to availability)

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing
  • Free Return Shipping: On orders above Rs 5,000, we offer one free return shipping label per order

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if a replacement is not available
  • Cover all return shipping costs

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please:

  • Check your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account for pending refunds
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • Email us at support@Bilkulsasta.pk with your order number

8. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of the same value or higher. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference. For exchanges to lower-priced items, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests will be handled as returns once the order is delivered.

10. Warranty Claims

Some of our products come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims beyond our 30-day return period, please refer to the product's warranty documentation or contact us for assistance.

11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
